Avec deux titres de champion cons\u00e9cutifs et une victoire en Coupe de Suisse ces derni\u00e8res saisons, le HCC s&#8217;est fermement \u00e9tabli comme l&#8217;un des clubs les plus performants de Suisse sur la glace. Mais en dehors de la glace, une question cl\u00e9 restait en suspens : comment convertir l&#8217;\u00e9lan des f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e en recettes de billetterie structur\u00e9es et mesurables pour les matchs \u00e0 domicile cruciaux du mois de janvier.  <\/p><p>Plut\u00f4t que de s&#8217;appuyer sur une promotion traditionnelle pour les f\u00eates, le HCC et C&#8217;mon Sports ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 concevoir une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;activation saisonni\u00e8re qui augmenterait les ventes de billets group\u00e9s, r\u00e9compenserait les d\u00e9tenteurs fid\u00e8les de billets de saison, recueillerait des donn\u00e9es comportementales exploitables et validerait un mod\u00e8le commercial reproductible pour les campagnes \u00e0 venir.<\/p><h3><strong>La solution : une activation saisonni\u00e8re structur\u00e9e par C&#8217;mon Sports<\/strong><\/h3><p>C&#8217;mon Sports a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;activation en quatre phases, combinant une segmentation de l&#8217;audience bas\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es, l&#8217;int\u00e9gration de la gestion de la relation client et une communication progressive pour maximiser l&#8217;impact pendant la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl \u00e0 janvier.<\/p><h3>Phase 1 : Audit et strat\u00e9gie<\/h3><p>La premi\u00e8re phase a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie globale d&#8217;activation de No\u00ebl dans le cadre du calendrier saisonnier du HCC. Il s&#8217;agissait notamment d&#8217;identifier les principaux segments cibles, d&#8217;analyser les habitudes des supporters pendant la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates et de d\u00e9terminer comment les offres group\u00e9es pourraient soutenir au mieux la promotion des six matchs \u00e0 domicile de janvier 2026. <\/p><h3>Phase 2 : Configuration de la plate-forme<\/h3><p>Une offre sp\u00e9ciale sur le th\u00e8me de No\u00ebl a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e, autour d&#8217;un code promotionnel unique et d&#8217;une offre group\u00e9e de billets valables pour les six matches \u00e0 domicile du mois de janvier. L&#8217;offre a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre simple, flexible et accessible &#8211; encourageant \u00e0 la fois l&#8217;utilisation personnelle et les achats de cadeaux. Cette phase comprenait l&#8217;int\u00e9gration du suivi CRM et la configuration des flux de travail pour le marketing par e-mail.  <\/p><h3>Phase 3 : Campagne d&#8217;engagement des fans<\/h3><p>La campagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 la mi-d\u00e9cembre par le biais de bulletins d&#8217;information et de m\u00e9dias sociaux, selon une approche progressive. Les d\u00e9tenteurs de billets de saison ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&#8217;un acc\u00e8s exclusif et anticip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;offre afin de r\u00e9compenser leur fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et de renforcer leur r\u00f4le d&#8217;ambassadeurs du club. L&#8217;activation a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendue au grand public avec des messages festifs, tirant parti de la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl pour susciter l&#8217;anticipation et stimuler l&#8217;engagement autour des rencontres de janvier.  <\/p><h3>Phase 4 : \u00c9valuation et rapports<\/h3><p>Apr\u00e8s la campagne, une analyse post-activation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer les performances globales. Les indicateurs cl\u00e9s tels que les activations des offres group\u00e9es et les commentaires des supporters ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer l&#8217;impact.
