Les attentes des supporters \u00e9tant de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et la concurrence de plus en plus forte, le club devait r\u00e9engager son public sur les canaux num\u00e9riques et capitaliser sur des moments forts comme les s\u00e9ries \u00e9liminatoires. <\/p><h3 data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"640\"><strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"640\">La solution : Une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;activation bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es par C&#8217;mon Sports<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"876\">C&#8217;mon Sports a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;engagement des fans en plusieurs phases, ancr\u00e9e dans son cadre Hidden Value (HV). La mission \u00e9tait claire : nettoyer et activer les donn\u00e9es des fans pour d\u00e9bloquer un engagement \u00e9volutif, un ciblage pr\u00e9cis et une mon\u00e9tisation num\u00e9rique. <\/p><h4 data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"932\"><strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"932\">Phase 1 : Poser les bases avec des donn\u00e9es propres<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1156\">Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par un nettoyage et un enrichissement complets du CRM, transformant les contacts bruts en profils exploitables. De nouvelles donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es apr\u00e8s chaque match, ce qui a permis d&#8217;accro\u00eetre l&#8217;intelligence de l&#8217;audience et de permettre une personnalisation tr\u00e8s pertinente. <\/p><h4 data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1216\"><strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1216\">Phase 2 : Optimisation en temps r\u00e9el pendant les \u00e9liminatoires<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1433\">Capitalisant sur l&#8217;\u00e9nergie des s\u00e9ries \u00e9liminatoires, nous avons augment\u00e9 la cadence des bulletins d&#8217;information et \u00e9largi la port\u00e9e des m\u00e9dias. Des flux d&#8217;e-mails segment\u00e9s, aliment\u00e9s par des tags et des d\u00e9clencheurs de fans intelligents, ont permis de maintenir l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 tout en augmentant les conversions de billetterie. <\/p><h4 data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1495\"><strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1495\">Phase 3 : Croissance strat\u00e9gique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des offres personnalis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1697\">L&#8217;\u00e9lan \u00e9tant donn\u00e9, nous avons lanc\u00e9 une campagne de vente de billets de saison \u00e0 360\u00b0. En utilisant des informations telles que les comportements d&#8217;achat ant\u00e9rieurs, les scores d&#8217;engagement et les donn\u00e9es de localisation, nous avons con\u00e7u des parcours personnalis\u00e9s de fid\u00e9lisation et de vente incitative. <\/p><h4 data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1758\"><strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1758\">Phase 4 : Mon\u00e9tisation \u00e0 long terme et mod\u00e9lisation de l&#8217;inventaire<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1978\">Nous \u00e9tendons maintenant cette strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 la segmentation de l&#8217;inventaire et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation du parrainage.
